Can a different image be printed on the reverse side?

Yes, we can do this.

What photo format should you provide for a keyring?

You may bring into the store an actual physical image, or provide an image on a flash drive, disc, camera memory card (SD or XD). All standard images formats are fine, photoshop files are compatible with our computers aswell. The image just needs to be clear. Text we usually make up ourselves. Please enquire if at all unsure.
