How does placing orders through email work?

We'll make the product here at our store and you can collect it when it suits you. You are welcome to pay on pickup. Be sure to put a contact phone number in your email, if we have any questions it's easier for us to call you.

I don't live near your store, can I still make an order?

Yes you can! Email or post in your order, you can pay over the phone with one of our friendly staff. We'll make up your product and post it back to your address.

What photo format should I provide?

You may bring into the store an actual physical image, or provide an image on a flash drive, disc, camera memory card (SD or XD). All standard images formats are fine, photoshop files are compatible with our computers aswell. The image just needs to be clear. Text we usually make up ourselves. Please enquire if at all unsure.

How long do the orders take?

Different items have different waiting times, the majority of our products can be completed within a couple of hours. It depends on time of year, order quantity and availability of stock so please enquire.
